1. Introduction

Welcome to PAL, a personalized learning platform that tailors your educational experience based on your interactions and data. PAL adjusts its question bank, lessons, and recommendations according to how you use the site, providing a customized learning journey for each user. By accessing or using PAL, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable policies. Please read them carefully so you understand your rights and responsibilities while using the platform.

2. User Data Collection

• Content Accuracy: The learning materials, question banks, answers, and other content on PAL are provided for educational purposes “as is.” While we work hard to ensure the content is accurate and up-to-date, PAL does not guarantee that all information on the platform (including questions and answers) is correct, complete, or reliable. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the learning content. Users should use their own judgment or seek additional sources if an answer or material seems incorrect or unclear.
